We will take you to three of our favorite shops. This is truly a fun-filled, hands-on experience. During this session you will gain a thorough understanding of how to choose ingredients wisely. You will receive a set of easy-to-use guidelines for choosing and buying ingredients wisely.

You will have an opportunity to taste ingredients that naturally enhance flavour and substitute other processed less nutritious options. You will also gain an appreciating of how using specific cooking utensils contributes to not only your enjoyment of cooking but also the reduction of fat while cooking. In addition to tasting many ingredients you will receive a guide that outlines all the ingredients as well as cooking instruments for your future use as a reference.
